All analysis results must be independently verified by qualified compliance professionals and/or legal counsel before any reliance, action, or submission to regulators.

I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. I understand how my personal information and uploaded documents are collected, processed, stored, and shared, including the use of third-party AI services (xAI/Grok for analysis, Voyage AI for embeddings) to process document content. I understand that my data will not be used to train AI models without my explicit written consent.

AI Limitations Acknowledgment: I understand that this platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technology that may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated results. AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinated regulatory citations. I accept full responsibility for independently verifying all outputs, and I understand that the absence of findings does not indicate compliance with any regulation.

Data Processing Consent: I consent to documents uploaded to this platform being transmitted to and processed by AI services (xAI/Grok and Voyage AI) for the sole purpose of compliance analysis. I confirm that I have the legal authority to upload these documents on behalf of my organization, and that I will not upload documents containing consumer personally identifiable information (PII) unless required for the analysis and permitted by my organization's data governance policies.

Electronic Signature Consent: I consent to the use of electronic signatures and electronic records in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq.) and applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Acts (UETA). I understand that my electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature, and that each signature is recorded with a complete audit trail including timestamp, IP address, and device information.

I agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. I will not use this platform for any unlawful purpose, share my account credentials with unauthorized individuals, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or misrepresent AI-generated outputs as certified compliance opinions. I understand that all platform activity is logged and retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with banking regulatory requirements.

All consents are cryptographically recorded with your timestamp, IP address, and browser fingerprint for legal compliance and audit purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting legal@regentforge.ai.
